Access is only the start.
Venditia has helped technology companies open major accounts, progress complex opportunities and expand across the GCC.
Rawa.ai
MarTech
Rawa had no financial-services customers when we began working together. We created a route into one of the UAE’s largest banking groups through a technology partner’s introduction, then led the commercial process from that opening to contract.
The opportunity grew into an evaluation across four divisions. We built senior backing and drove the sale through to CMO approval and a six-figure annual agreement.
Adoption subsequently expanded to further divisions and another bank within the group.
ReflowX
EnergyTech
ReflowX had no Saudi market presence. We built a partnership from scratch with an established Saudi conglomerate, creating a route into the country’s energy sector.
We then turned that partnership into direct engagement with the National Oil Company, Tier 1 contractors and drilling companies.
We led account development, represented ReflowX in meetings and site visits, and developed opportunities around power-generation equipment and surplus assets. The result was an accelerated access to major accounts and through using the credibility and trust of our Saudi partner relationships.
SCOPEfusion
Enterprise AI
An former oil executive relationship sourced SCOPEfusion’s first GCC opportunity.
This was around document quality and traceability on a major oil-company project. We developed the opportunity across contractor and oil-company teams, secured senior project backing and led the progression through multi-threading across the organisation.
That meant working through IT and digital checks while building support among the people responsible for the project. The opportunity progressed through technical approval to executive sign-off with Venditia’s involvement at every stage.
If the Gulf is on your radar, let’s discuss the opportunity.
